"wild" Alaskan(hook & line caught) Sitka King and Coho Salmon are caught at peak quality from the icy waters of the Pacific Ocean off the Alaskan Coastline. When buying salmon, we look at the skin color which should be silvery bright, bellies should be thick and fat, muscles strong and firm. Our fresh-frozen vacuum packed fillet portions are hand cut and portioned perfectly for small meals. Each portion of salmon weighs approximately 1 lb. Serving size is generally 6 - 8 oz per person. We offer Sitka line caught King and Coho wild salmon portions, frozen and Vacuum packed. |

There are five species of wild pacific salmon in Alaska: King,Sockeye,Coho,Chum and Pink. While all the above salmon are excellent eating, closest to the Sitka King Salmon are the "Sitka Coho Salmon". These "coho" salmon portions, approx 1 lb packs, which are vacuum packed & frozen are great on the BBQ or baking in the oven.
Priced at $299.00 delivered, this 20# box ships overnight via Fedex to your door. These commercially line caught wild Alaskan coho salmon were harvested this past fall in our surrounding area. A 20# minimum order, while supplies last.
